Note: Your diffuser comes with 10 reeds. For an average-sized room, we recommend using 5 reeds at a time. For larger rooms use 8-10 reeds. You will need to flip the reeds weekly to ensure the scent continues to disperse. After 8 weeks, the reeds may become saturated, and you will notice the scent is not as strong. When this happens, replace them with new reeds for many more luxurious scented hours. You can add more reeds to your order here.

Candles:

  1. Always keep wick trimmed to a length of 5mm to prevent the
    candle smoking.  
  2. Burn for 3-4 hours at a time or until the melted wax reaches the edge of the glass.
  3. Burn on a heat proof surface.
  4. Candles should never be left burning unattended.

Reed Diffusers:

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Use 4-6 reeds for smaller rooms and 6-8 reeds for larger rooms.
  3. Use gloves to flip reeds weekly to keep scent fresh and
    fragrant.
  4. Replace reeds when scent is no longer being released.
